Femme Fatale continues the series inspired by Romanticism through the arts with "Winter Peace" which is a soft, dove-blue base that is quickly enveloped by a large, glass-flake shimmer which is super shifty and flips easily between pink-gold-green. Accented with antique green reflective glitters. Will dry textured so a top coat is recommended. Opaque in 2 to 3 coats.
